Inbenta is seeking a highly skilled MySQL Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with MySQL, Snowflake, AWS RDS, and Aurora. This role involves managing and maintaining our database systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, solid analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience. He/she will use their interpersonal skills to communicate and provide solutions to technical problems quickly and professionally. The candidate will be expected to speak and write in English.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain MySQL databases, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Monitor database performance and implement optimization strategies.
- Ensure database security and compliance with industry standards.
- Perform database backups, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues promptly.
- Collaborate with development and IT teams to design and implement database systems.
- Manage data migration projects and ensure data integrity.
- Implement and maintain database replication and high availability solutions.
- Develop and maintain database documentation and automation scripts.
- Stay updated with the latest database technologies and trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a MySQL Database Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL, Snowflake, AWS RDS, and Aurora.
- Experience with database backup, recovery, and security.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and database scripting.
- Experience with database monitoring tools and performance tuning.
- Experience with cloud-based database solutions and infrastructure as code (IAC) tools.
- Familiarity with database CI/CD processes and tools.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases is a plus.
