Inbenta is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in out of our Brazil location / Virtual. This person will provide technical guidance and support to our business and customers in the Americas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, solid analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience. He/she will use their interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and provide a solution to their technical problems quickly and professionally.  The candidate will be expected to speak and write in English.
Responsibilities: 
  • Administration and Support: Manage and support the configuration of Office 365 for staff, including troubleshooting connectivity and mobility issues.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide end-user support for Office 365 applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Chrome, and other related software.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with hardware and software systems, often through direct interaction with users via phone, in person, or online chat.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain and support organizational systems, desktops, and peripherals, including inventory management.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for staff and ensure all service desk calls and emails are handled efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Typically, 3-5 years of IT experience, with a focus on Office 365 support.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, and basic networking protocols.
  • Education: A relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users3.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make important decisions under pressure.
Requirements:
  • Four years of related technical support experience
  • Technically savvy with strong project management skills
  • Experience troubleshooting issues and achieving solutions
  • The ability to explain to a non-technical person in a way they will understand
